Missing Dice
In case you missed our last few updates 85% of our backers have received their dice. Its great to be able to reward you, our backers, for supporting us!
We were not able to send dice to all our backers due to manufacturing issues with several colors of Luma Dice. We are working hard with our manufacturing partner to get these dice complete ASAP.
Assembly is a Go!
The Luma Dice we are waiting on have been cnc machined, anodized/colored and are now being Assembled. Below we can see several of the Silver, Rose Gold and Gold eagerly awaiting the components that will give these dice life.

Gold Anodizing Complete
We are very happy to announce the second Gold Luma Dice production has been a success! Unfortunately they are not made of real gold but you could probably get away with telling your friends they are.
The Gold Luma Dice and several other colours still need to be assembled. We will keep you posted!

We are very happy to have shipped to almost all our backers. Over 85% of orders have been filled to date! It is great to hear backers have been enjoying their dice, your support means a lot to us so it’s great to be able to give something back.
We are hearing reports of Luma Dice being used at gaming conventions, among friends, Mad Max desert parties and even by peoples’ pets! It looks like Luma Dice have more reach than even we expected.
Delays on shipments?
Sorry to report we have had manufacturing delays on several colours of dice. The factory was unable to make the required amount of some colours and has been working hard to get the missing dice manufactured. The dice have been anodized and are currently being assembled.
If you are one of the 15% who still haven’t received your dice this is most likely the issue. We at Luma Dice are working hard with the manufacturer to get them ready to ship ASAP. The affected colours are as follows.

SHIPPING IS A GO!
Hey everyone, we have some good news to share.
The logistics problem is solved! We found a new fulfillment partner and they have picked up all our dice.
They are now beginning to prepare shipments.
Each box is scanned then organised to ship
16,000 Dice picked and ready to ship!
UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS IF IT HAS CHANGED
If you need to update your address there is a last chance do so. In 48 hours we will be locking it down (check your email for the survey link to change your address).
If you address has not changed you don't need to do anything.
We are also going through all the messages and emails to make sure we haven't missed any address or order problems, and will have them answered before we lock down addresses.
CURRENT SHIPPING TIMELINE
Once the addresses are locked down it will take around a week to prepare over 4,400 unique packages. The shipment will then be sent through to the Hong Kong warehouse (2 days), where they will start shipping.
Most backers will receive their dice before mid-January.
We are really happy with how the dice has turned out, and know you will love them once they finally arrive!
